1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from Wild East Visuals (myopsengine.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products & Services Wild East Visuals offers:

  • Limited edition and open edition fine art prints (physical)
  • Digital downloads including 4K cinematic wildlife footage and field notes
  • Direct conservation donations

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing All images, footage, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Wild East Visuals and are protected by copyright law. Purchase of a digital download grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or commercial use as specified at the time of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any content. Limited edition prints are sold in strictly numbered runs — each print is individually numbered and no additional prints will be produced once an edition is sold out.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Wild East Visuals reserves the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery Physical prints are shipped internationally from Nairobi, Kenya. Delivery times and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation.

6. Refunds & Returns Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Digital downloads are non-refundable. Damaged physical prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability Wild East Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
