Digital Downloads

All digital products (Field Notes PDFs, stock footage clips) are delivered instantly after checkout via an automated download link sent to your email. No shipping fees apply. If you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@wildeastvisuals.com or +254 700 882 605.

Made-to-Order Fine Art Prints

Selected fine art prints are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted UK production partner. The product page for these prints states that they are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days, as each print is made to order
  • Total delivery time: approximately 3–7 weeks, including production and international delivery
  • United Arab Emirates: free shipping on all made-to-order prints
  • All other destinations: shipping calculated at checkout
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed once your order has been dispatched

All Other Physical Products (Currently Shipped from Nairobi)

Today, all other fine art prints and physical products are produced and shipped from Nairobi, Kenya. We are transitioning our print production to trusted print-on-demand partners, and each product page states where that item is made and fulfilled.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days for printing and quality inspection
  • International shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier
  • Shipping carriers: DHL Express / Kenya Post (depending on order value and destination)
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Rates

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
