Digital Downloads All digital products (Field Notes PDFs, stock footage clips) are delivered instantly after checkout via an automated download link sent to your email. No shipping fees apply. Fine Art Prints — Physical Products All fine art prints are produced and shipped from Nairobi, Kenya.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days for printing and quality inspection
- International shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier
- Shipping carriers: DHL Express / Kenya Post (depending on order value and destination)
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
