Digital Downloads All digital products (Field Notes PDFs, stock footage clips) are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us at info@wildeastvisuals.com or info@wildeastvisuals.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Fine Art Prints — Physical Products

We accept returns or exchanges on fine art prints that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Return shipping is covered by Wild East Visuals. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical products.
